To have all the chances of making a stable profit at the cash tables, you should make sure you play only if you have enough time.
I learned this difficult path at the beginning of my poker career when I quickly discovered that if it took me only an hour or less to squeeze poker, I almost always left the session in my pocket.
This is because the game in limited time conditions does not allow you to participate in the game, weigh the enemy and feel at the table. This can completely change your style of play, since time constraints will force you to play a more free and aggressive game that, although in some cases it can generate dividends, it can also seriously affect your bankroll.
Since then, I have always made sure I have at least a few hours to sit at the cash table since this is more than enough to feel at play and wait patiently in premium hands.
